Animals scheduled for routine surgery must have been fasted for at least 12 hours prior to the procedure. Please indicate below the last time your pet ate.

We offer a straight line Green Tattoo near surgical incision as an indicator of the Sterilization Status. We strongly recommend this for prevention of unnecessary surgery later in life.

Our practice does offer an In-Clinic Pre Anesthetic Blood-work:

Doctors and staff will use all reasonable precaution against injury, escape and death of your pet. Please understand that anesthesia involves some risk to your pet and that you assume all risk, and cost incurred if Pre- Anesthetic Blood-work is declined.
