Canine Dental Surgery

Animals scheduled for routine surgery must have been fasted for at least 12 hours prior to the procedure. Please indicate below the last time your pet ate.

Our practice does offer an In-Clinic Pre-Anesthetic Blood-work:

Doctors and staff will use all reasonable precaution against injury, escape and death of your pet. Please understand that anesthesia involves some risk to your pet and that you assume all risk, and cost incurred if Pre- Anesthetic Blood-work is declined.
During the dental cleaning we may find unhealthy teeth that should be X-rayed and possibly removed to improve the quality of your pet’s dental and overall health.

Please note if you elect to be contacted before we perform anv extractions and we can not reach you at the number listed below in a timely manner, your pet will receive a dental cleaning and will be sent home with No dental extractions. Necessary extractions will have to be rescheduled.
